Gweler Salmodi gyflawn y mae un cwmpeinwr yn ei ddefnyddio. Dyma cylch 28-dyddiau, sy'n sylfu ar Brefiari Gatholig Rhufeinig gan gynnwys cwpl o ychwanegiau a newidiau. Mae hyn yn defnyddio'r holl Salter trwy pob cylch dyddiau â dosbarthiad swyddogaethol (dim rhifiadol) efo tipyn ailadrodd. Mae 'na cysylltiadiau i Revised Standard Version a Beibl Wiliam Morgan yn gyfochrog.

This is a 28-day cycle, based on the Roman Catholic Breviary with some additions and changes, which covers the whole Psalter each cycle with a functional (and not simply numerical) distribution with only modest repetition.
