Boreol Weddi Byr
Yn enw’r Tad a’r Mab a’r Ysbryd Glân.

CANMOL
Mae’r haul yn taenellu
ei grisialau o olau ar groen y môr.
Mae’r dyfroedd yn ymateb —
glas tywyll yn dyfnhau, gofod
lle mae’r Gwyntoedd,
wedi gadael eu marc.
Mae Cariad yn adnabod, ac yn datgan
ei fod yn dda iawn.
Mae dy anadl yn ein cynnal:
yr un anadl a symudodd dros y dyfroedd
cyn i olau y diwrnod cyntaf dorri.
Cyn i'r Gair gael ei lefaru
a roddodd fywyd i'r goleuni.
Yma, ar y ddaear hon,
nid oes amser ond y presennol.

DARLLEN
Darlleniad(au)
Distawrwydd
Fel mae’r Dyfroedd ymateb i alwad y Gwynt
Cynhyrfa ni hefyd:
fel mae’r haul yn chwarae ar ddŵr,
goleuo'r hyn nad ydym yn ei adnabod ynddo'n hunain.
Dysga ni i ymateb
Fel drycin manaw i'r thermol:
yn hamddenol a sylwgar
yn ddidrachwant ac wedi ein codi gan gras.
Oherwydd y mae cariad mor gryf â marwolaeth,
a nwyd mor greulon â'r bedd;
y mae'n llosgi fel ffaglau tanllyd,
fel fflam angerddol.
Ni all dyfroedd lawer ddiffodd cariad,
ac ni all afonydd ei foddi.
(Cân y Caniadau 8)
YMBILIO
Distawrwydd
Ymbiliadau agored
Ein Tad, yr hwn wyt yn y nefoedd, sancteiddier dy enw.
deled dy deyrnas, gwneler dy ewyllys,
megis yn y nef, felly ar y ddaear hefyd.
Dyro i ni heddiw ein bara beunyddiol
A maddau i ni ein dyledion,
fel y maddeuwn ninnau i'n dyledwyr.
Ac nac arwain ni i brofedigaeth, eithr gwared ni rhag drwg.
Canys eiddot ti yw'r deyrnas, a'r gallu, a'r gogoniant
yn oes oesoedd. Amen.
BENDITH
Yn olaf, rhoi gwreiddiau i’n perthyn.
Atgoffa ni ein bod ni hefyd wedi'n plethu
fel saint a phechaduriaid, gyda chefnforoedd ac ynysoedd,
wrth i’th waith creu
yn parhau.
Tangnefedd y tonnau crychdonnu i ti,
Tangnefedd yr awel ysgafn i ti,
Tangnefedd y ddaear distaw i ti,
Tangnefedd y sêr disglair i ti,
Tangnefedd Tywysog Tangnefedd i ti. Amen.
(Bendith Geltaidd Draddodiadol)
Yn enw’r Tad a’r Mab a’r Ysbryd Glân.

PRAISE
Sunlight sprinkles
her crystals of light on the skin of the sea.
Waters respond
with fathoms of darkening blues, an expanse
where Winds passing
have left their mark.
Love sees, and proclaims
that it is very good.
Your breath sustains us:
the same breath that hovered over the waters
before first daylight broke.
Before the Word was spoken
which lent the light its life.
Here, on this earth,
there is no time but the present.

READING
Reading(s)
Silence
As the Seas stir at the Wind’s calling
stir too our depths:
like sunlight on water,
illumine what we know not in ourselves.
Teach us to respond
like the manxie to the thermal:
relaxed and attentive
ungrasping and lifted by grace.
For love is as strong as death,
its jealousy unyielding as the grave.
It burns like blazing fire,
like a mighty flame.
Many waters cannot quench love;
rivers cannot sweep it away.
(Song of Songs 8)
INTERCEDING
Silence
Open Intercessions
Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory,
now and for ever.
Amen.
BLESSING
Finally, ground us in our belonging.
Remind us that we too are interwoven
as saints and sinners, with oceans and islands,
as your work of creation
persists.
Deep peace of the running wave to you,
Deep peace of the flowing air to you,
Deep peace of the quiet earth to you,
Deep peace of the shining stars to you,
Deep peace of the Prince of Peace to you. Amen.
(Traditional Celtic Blessing)
In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Amen
